The upper most image is the Wyoming Army National Guard shoulder sleeve insignia, below that is a Cavalry Bugle which recalls the bands initial attachment to the 115th Cavalry. Beneath the bugle is the numerical designation of the band and finally the state flower "Indian Paintbrush".
